Ceramica Althea’s Plus + TON® is the new partner of the Althea Racing Team
Plus+TON®, the new official partner of the Althea Racing Team for the Superbike and Superstock 1000 Championships season 2015-2016, embodies, together with the prestigious Team of the Lazio region, the tradition of a working approach constantly and meticulously attentive to details, enriched with experimentation and innovation beyond limits, moving the bar higher and higher towards more ambitious and exciting goals. The aim of both is just one: to continually succeed and reconfirm themselves.
The Althea Racing Team, four times World Champion in the Superbike and Superstock categories (Riders and Manufacturers), has been able to transform itself from a private Team into a Team capable of obtaining a place in the Olympus of winners. It is the last Team to have given to Ducati in 2011 the world title in Superbike with the Spanish Carlos Checa, also winning in the same year the Superstock 1000. This year Althea Racing counts on a Spanish and Italian Rider for the Superbike World Championship: Nico Terol and Matteo Baiocco.
Experience and professionalism are the qualities on which the Team points in order to succeed in the prestigious and difficult Sbk world championship. Raffaele De Rosa and Luca Salvadori will defend the colours of the Team in the increasingly competitive Superstock 1000.
The refinement for perfection and details are qualities that Plus+TON® and Althea Racing share with pride. In fact, their union is a complementary partnership and natural fusion between two successful histories.
The Plus+TON® material is created by Ceramica Althea thanks to more than twenty years of experience in the sector, it’s Genesio Bevilacqua’s first “creature ” probably representing today the most innovative product in the application of Ceramics. A result achieved through years of research and tests that have allowed to achieve “the uniqueness” just by a steady and meticulous work. The ceramic material comes to life from a fusion at very high temperatures, qualified as entirely recyclable and therefore 100% eco-friendly and has an international industrial invention patent and copyright. The surface obtained is 100% scratch-proof, stain-proof, slip-proof as well as bacterial resistant. It is also certified 100% Made in Italy.
“Excellence” is a word that can be explained to a certain point. To fully understand this word it has to be seen and validated with one’s own eyes and senses and then, perhaps, brought again under question before being finally convinced and captured.
This is not a question to face when we talk about the union of two realities apparently different, such as Ceramica Althea’s Plus+TON® and Althea Racing motorcycle Team, for many years point of reference and consolidated “excellencies” in their respective sectors.
